Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über die Anwendung einer adjuvanten Chemotherapie mit Adriamycin (50 mg/m2) und Cyclophosphamid (600 mg/m2) bei einer 37 Jahre alten VIIG/IVP, bei der in der 16. Schwangerschaftswoche ein pT1c pN0 (0/12) Mx-Karzinom der Mamma diagnostiziert wurde. Nach Mastektomie und Axilladissektion wurden vier Therapiezyklen in dreiwöchentlichen Abständen appliziert. Nach primärer Sectio in der 35. Schwangerschaftswoche bei Oligohydramnion und Wachstumsstillstand sowie Beckenendlage kam es zu einer normalen kindlichen Entwicklung. Ein Vergleich mit anderen Therapieformen bei Mammakarzinomen in der Schwangerschaft wird aufgezeigt.

Abstract

A 37-year-old G7P4 in the 16th gestational week presented with a 1.5 cm breast mass. Biopsy showed grade 3 invasive carcinoma. The patient underwent mastectomy and axillary dissection. Histology showed a pT1c pN0 tumor that stained negative for estrogen and progesterone receptors. Adjuvantly the patient received four cycles of Adriamcyin (50 mg/m2) and cyclophosphamide (600 mg/m2). Elective caesarean delivery was performed at 35 weeks' gestation because of intrauterine growth retardation, oligohydramnios, and breech presentation. Postnatal development was normal.
