This is a video abstract for a rare case presentation of a petroclival meningioma presenting with severe trigeminal neuralgia pain. The patient was found to have a meningioma in the cerebellopontine angle during workup for her trigeminal neuralgia, which was severely worsening her existing anxiety and psychiatric issues. She underwent a left middle fossa craniotomy and anterior petrosectomy for resection of the meningioma and decompression of her trigeminal nerve, resulting in complete pain relief.
