Abstract

The 11th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Libyan Cardiac Society (CardioLibya 11), held in Tripoli from November 7 to 9, 2025, in conjunction with the 4th Pan-Arab Heart Failure Conference and the Kawasaki Disease Arab Initiative session, featured over 100 scientific presentations and 14 hands-on workshops across adult and pediatric cardiovascular care. A total of 48 abstracts were submitted, and 39 were accepted following rigorous peer review. These were categorized into adult oral presentations (6), pediatric oral presentations (5), and poster presentations (28). Key themes included structural heart disease, congenital heart anomalies, cardiac imaging, heart failure, valvular surgery, cardiometabolic risk factors, cardiac rehabilitation, and health system innovation in resource-limited settings. Top abstracts in each category received the Dr. Mahmoud Tarhuni Research Award. This compendium aims to disseminate recent findings and foster collaboration among cardiovascular specialists regionally and globally.
