Migräne verstehen – von der klinischen Untersuchung zu standardisierten Behandlungsstrategien

Zusammenfassung
Physiotherapie spielt eine wichtige Rolle beim Management der Migräne, da eine Kombination aus medikamentöser und nicht medikamentöser Therapie am wirksamsten ist. Für eine bestmögliche Therapie ist es essenziell, anhand von Assessments zu verstehen, wie und in welchen Bereichen die Migräne das Leben der Patient*innen am meisten beeinflusst. Dieser Artikel gibt einen narrativen Überblick über die aktuelle Literatur zur Migräne mit Schwerpunkt auf Diagnostik, klinischer Untersuchung, assoziierten Komorbiditäten und standardisierten Beurteilungs- und Behandlungsstrategien
