We performed an endoscopic transorbital approach to remove retained tree branch fragments identified a few months following the trauma. A lid crease incision was performed and dissection through the orbital roof fat allowed identification and removal of the orbital fragments. Subsequently, the periorbita was incised superiorly to identify the frontal bone. With the aid of navigation, the orbital roof was drilled up to dura and the intraparenchymal fragments were identified and removed.
