We performed an endoscopic transorbital resection of a low-grade glioma infiltrating the amygdalohippocampal region. This video demonstrates the key steps of the approach including the superior eyelid approach and exposure of the temporal lobe dura. The identification and resection of the key structures of the medial temporal lobe are illustrated showing the feasibility of this minimally invasive approach which allowed the full preservation of the optic radiations.
