This video shows the complex expanded endonasal endoscopic right transpterygoid repair of cerebrospinal fluid leak from the right superior orbital fissure in a 3-year-old female. This is on a background of severe respiratory symptoms requiring intensive care support. She was discharged with no leak and improvement of her respiratory symptoms.
