Skull base chondrosarcoma can be challenging to manage due to its location and association with critical neurovascular structures. The subtemporal preauricular infratemporal approach with condylar fossa osteotomy is a useful technique for tumor removal in the medial petrous temporal bone, clivus, and infratemporal fossa. We present a 24-year-old female who underwent this approach for resection of a skull base chondrosarcoma. This video demonstrates in detail the steps of osteotomy, exposure, bony drilling, and tumor resection.
