Nasal and sphenoid tumors removed. Bilateral cavernous sinus exposed and posterior clinoid and dorsum sella removed. Clivus dura along with paraclival carotids exposed. Periosteal layers of clival dura removed. Petrosal process drilled on the right. Lingula removed on the right. Petrous apex and jugular tubercle drilled bilaterally. Tumor extending into bilateral pterygopalatine fossae removed. Nasopharyngeal extension removed at the level of Eustachian tubes.
