The CP-angle part of the tumor was first debulked, and the crania nerves lV, VII/VIII, and lower cranial nerves were sequentially decompressed. The adherent tumor capsule to the abducent nerve was sharply separated and removed. All cranial nerves were anatomically preserved. Then, the endoscope was used to remove the supratentorial part of the tumor, and CN III and PCA were decompressed. A small residual remained on the mesial temporal lobe.
