Minimally Invasive Approach to Intracranial Nasal Dermoids with Intracranial Extension via Endoscopic and Modified Rhinoplasty Approach
The patient, a 9-year-old male, exhibited two sinus tracts with a small opening in the upper labial sulcus and a pinpoint lesion at the subnasale. The findings included a bifid crista galli and sinus tract from the subnasale and oral cavity to the anterior cranial fossa, confirming nasal dermoid with intracranial extent. The surgical plan consisted of an extended endonasal approach and a modified open rhinoplasty.
