Unlike other meningiomas of the anterior cranial fossa, tuberculum sella meningiomas typically displace the optic nerves in a superolateral trajectory rather than inferiorly. This important anatomic nuance situates these lesions as ideal targets for an endonasal approach. Herein we present two cases of tuberculum sella meningiomas and describe the stepwise approach to their resection as well as useful tools for their resection, including indocyanine green fluorescence angiography and endonasal ultrasonic aspiration.
