This video is about an interesting case of a 31-year-old female who presented with visual symptoms from a tuberculum meningioma. However, she was also in her first trimester when this vision loss occurred. This video reviews the clinical presentation, relevant history, imaging features, and multidisciplinary care required for this patient. Special attention is given to the specific needs and consideration for a pregnant patient undergoing endonasal endoscopic sphenoid surgery.
