Mandibular Support Following Major Resections A Brief Review

Summary
This study comprises of 20 cases of major resections of Mandible for malignant lesions. Following resections, the remaining mandibular segments were supported by simple Kirschaer's wire, to keep in proper positions. The result has been satisfactory with minor complications. The patients did well as far as the stabilization of the mandibular segments is concerned.
