Introduction: To present our results in the stent assisted coil embolization of bifurcation, wide-necked aneurysms of cerebral arteries using the Atlas Neuroform stent and to show that range of indications for use of this stent can be extended.

Method(s): Between 2016 and 2021 a total of 132 consecutive patients were treated for cerebral bifurcation aneurysms. There were 103 unruptured and 29 ruptured aneurysms. Coiling combined with deployment of two stents was performed in 46 cases. In 40 cases stents were deployed in “Y” fashion and in six cases in “kissing” fashion. Single stent assisted coiling performed in 86 cases.

Result(s): A total of 121 patients survived. There were 11 fatal outcomes due to consequences of primary bleeding. Three perioperative rupture was registered. Radiological results were assessed immediately after the treatment and 7 months after the treatment using Raymond-Roy scale.

Conclusion(s): The Atlas stent is an easy to use for treatment of bifurcation aneurysms. The range of indications for use of Atlas stent can be extended in terms of diameter of the parent vessel and size of aneurysm.
