Posterior Circulation Aneurysm: Cases from Sudan

Introduction: SAH due to brain posterior circulation aneurysm is serious condition compared with the anterior circulation aneurysm.

Method(s): DSA is golden tool for diagnosis and definitive treatment.

Result(s): Outcomes of cases depend on early intervention and proper treatment plan and good hand experience in such cases.

Conclusion(s): Early diagnosis and treatment is recommended for all patients with SAH but posterior circulation aneurysm should be taken seriously to avoid the high incidence of rebleeding and serious neurological conditions.
