Introduction: Aneurysms associated with AVMs are at risk for rupture before, during, and immediately after treatment of the brain vascular malformations. This study aims toward endovascular management strategies regrading Aneurysm associated with cerebral AVMs

Method(s): We at our institute retrospectively evaluated the patients who had undergone endovascular management for the Aneurysms associated with Symptomatic cerebral AVMs during January 2018 till July 2022 and approximately 20 patients were included.

Result(s): Out of 20 patients approximately 15 presented with rupture, rest due to other symptoms. There were 11 males and 9 females with age ranging from 35 to 70 years. All the aneurysms were treated by endovascular route using different techniques. We did not encounter any significant complications.

Conclusion(s): Brain AVMs with aneurysms form a notorious combination that can effectively be managed by endovascular route. Understanding angioarchitecture with appropriate planning is essential.
