Background: We present two cases of bilateral large and giant renal artery aneurysms treated with flow diverters and endovascular embolization with hydrocoils for poster/oral presentation.

Case: Two middle-aged healthy men with no prior history incidentally found to have bilateral large/giant renal aneurysms on US and CT imaging. We decided to treat both patients with hydrocoils and flow diverters. Both patients did very well with complete obliteration of the renal aneurysms and preserved normal renal function.

Discussion: We aim to discuss endovascular embolization with neuro Hydrocoils with flow diverters as treatment options in large or giant renal aneurysms and transfer our neuro knowledge and techniques as available treatment options for such complex and rare cases.
