A 17-year-old male presented with right facial swelling over 2 months. He denied facial numbness or nasal obstruction and reported mild intermittent epistaxis. The facial mass was found to be a large juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. In this video we review surgical techniques in a combined open and endoscopic approach to a unique JNA presentation.
