Zusammenfassung

Effektive Erholungsstrategien für Fußballspieler – Regeneration spielt auch im Fußball eine immer entscheidendere Rolle. Nach hohen Belastungen und kleinen Verletzungen ist es wichtig, dem Körper zu helfen, die Anstrengung zu verarbeiten und das Leistungsniveau dadurch zu steigern. Doch welche Maßnahmen helfen wirklich? In diesem narrativen Review werten die Autoren vorliegende Evidenz zu Ermüdungsmechanismen nach einem Fußballspiel aus und geben einen guten Überblick über notwendige Maßnahmen.
