Weinende Retina

Hintergrund

Im klinischen Alltag begegnen uns häufig unklare Visusminderungen, die sich nicht direkt durch den Lokalbefund erklären lassen. Hier empfiehlt es sich, eine gezielte und richtungsweisende Diagnostik anzustreben, die bestenfalls symptom- und patientenorientiert erfolgt.

Wir beschreiben im Folgenden einen Fall mit dem Zeichen der „Crying Retina“ bei progredienter, langjähriger Visusminderung.
