Alkohol: mehr Vorteile als Risiken bei moderatem Genuss

Gänsebraten an Rotwein-Ingwersauce mit Rotkraut und Knödeln. Dazu ein Glas Rotwein – das ist für viele der wahre Festtagsgenuss. Gesundheitsapostel würden das eher verweigern – schließlich besteht die Gans aus tierischem Fett und tierischem Protein, der Knödel enthält viele „böse“ Kohlenhydrate. Und der Wein? Soll nicht jedes Glas des vergorenen Traubensaftes bereits eines zu viel sein?
