Sie haben eine schöne und aktuelle Übersicht zur Endophthalmitis nach Phakoemulsifikation verfasst – allerdings die Datenlage zur Prophylaxe „nicht so ganz“ vollständig wiedergegeben. Dabei beziehen Sie sich auf die prospektive ESCRS-Studie von 2006 [1] und zum Teil auf anschließende Publikationen zahlreicher Autoren zu diesem Thema ([Tab. 1]).
