Dear Editor

We read with interest the editorial written by Guber C et al. and published online in April 2017 in your journal [1].

The authors address some of the techniques to obtain an inverted internal limiting membrane (ILM) flap and also an ILM autograft to try to achieve macular hole closure, mainly in recalcitrant cases.
