Zusammenfassung

Ernährungsmedizin bei morbider Adipositas Patienten mit einem adipositaschirurgischen Eingriff müssen ihre Ernährungsgewohnheiten komplett umstellen. Welche Konzepte besonders gut geeignet sind, um die Energiezufuhr zu verringern und eine ausgeglichene Nährstoffversorgung zu gewährleiten, beschreibt unsere Autorin.
