Die intestinale Mikrobiota ist ein dynamisches System, das individuellen und lokalen Schwankungen unterliegt. Der Beitrag informiert über Veränderungen der Mikroflora bei akuten Diarrhoen und chronischen Darmerkrankungen sowie über verschiedene Analysemethoden zum Nachweis der Bakterienflora.
