Zusammenfassung

Dysarthrien sind erworbene Sprechstörungen nach Schädigung des zentralen oder peripheren Nervensystems einschließlich des neuromuskulären Übergangs. Sie entstehen durch Veränderungen in der motorischen Realisierung und prosodischen Ausgestaltung (Sprechgeschwindigkeit, -melodie, Betonung) eines Sprechakts.
