Ästhetische Korrekturen im Frontzahnbereich erfordern eine harmonische Gestaltung der Rot-Weiß-Ästhetik. Hiefür ist neben einer Therapie der Zahnhartsubstanz die schonende Neugestaltung des Gingivaarkadenverlaufs entscheidend. Dieser Fallbericht stellt das Konzept der minimalinvasiven Kronenverlängerung dar. Mithilfe schallaktivierter Osteotomieansätze werden Asymmetrien der Gingiva ohne invasive Lappenbildung korrigiert und die Balance zwischen weißer und roter Ästhetik langfristig wiederhergestellt.
