Zusammenfassung

REHA AN DER KLETTERWAND Therapeutisches Klettern wird zunehmend in der Behandlung von orthopädisch-traumatischen Erkrankungen eingesetzt. Allerdings liegen nur wenige wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse über die Wirkungsweise dieser Behandlungsmethode vor. Die vorliegende Studie liefert erstmals Daten über die Aktivierung der Arm- und Schultermuskeln während einer statischen therapeutischen Kletterübung und zeigt Möglichkeiten auf, diese mittels verschiedener Übungsvariationen zu verändern.
