Psychopathologie der Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS)

Zusammenfassung

Die Psychopathologie der PTBS findet sich nur teilweise im wörtlichen Sinn im Repertorium. Bei der psychovegetativen Symptomatik gibt es noch eindeutig passende Rubriken, während bei den psychischen Symptomen wie den traumaspezifischen Dissoziationen analoge Rubriken gefunden werden müssen. Das Trauma als Causa der Psychopathologie bilden am ehesten die Schreck- Rubriken ab, die dann an erster Stelle der Repertorisation stehen sollten.

ABSTRACT

Psychopathology of PTSD is found only partially in the repertory in the literal sense. In the field of psychovegetative symptoms, there are still clearly matching rubrics, whereas in case of psychic symptoms such as the traumaspecific dissociations analogical rubrics have to be found. The trauma as the cause of psychopathology is most likely to be represented in the rubric: fright, ailments from, which should be in the first place of repertorisation.
