Steigern Läufer plötzlich ihr Trainingspensum oder beginnen nach langer Pause wieder mit dem Joggen, entwickeln viele ein patellofemorales Schmerzsyndrom. Mithilfe einer Funktionsuntersuchung kann der Therapeut rasch hinter die verantwortliche Struktur kommen und diese erfolgreich behandeln.
