Update Wiederbelebung oder Basic Life Support (BLS) und Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – was gibt es Neues?!

Zusammenfassung

Die Leitlinien zur kardiopulmonalen Reanimation und Reanimationsbehandlung wurden von der American Heart Association und vom European Resuscitation Council (ERC) 2015 überarbeitet. In den Basis- und den erweiterten Reanimationsmaßnahmen (Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support) gab es wenige Änderungen, dennoch kam es zu einigen Präzisierungen der Vorgaben. In diesem Artikel werden die vorliegenden Empfehlungen zum Vorgehen BLS und ACLS zusammengefasst. Weiterhin werden die wichtigsten Punkte zur Therapie des Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstands zusammengefasst, die Behandlung wichtiger Rhythmusstörungen erläutert, der Teamgedanke beim ACLS vorgestellt, aber auch Punkte zur Beendigung der Reanimation ausführlich dargelegt.

Abstract

The guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation have been revised by the American Heart Association and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). There were few changes in basic life support and extended cardiac life support (basic). However we addressed some clarifications. In this article, the present recommendations on the BLS and ACLS procedure are summarized. In addition, the most important points for the therapy of cardiac arrest and the treatment of important rhythm disturbances are explained, the team thought at the ACLS is presented, also points regarding termination of the resuscitation are addressed.
