A Case of Wart on the Forehead Treated with Homoeopathic Medicine

A child presented with wart on the forehead for the last 6 months which was successfully treated with homoeopathic medicine Acidum nitricum 200; six doses to be taken twice daily for 3 days followed by placebo. The prescription was based on the presence of wart which was pedunculated, irregular edges and bleeding easily; patient had desire for ghee (fatty) and salt in regular diet. Patient presented with salivated tongue with centre furrow which clearly indicates the medicine.
