Unique Feature of Transmandibular Approach: As a Puzzle or Lego Puzzle Approaches

The author shall describe and clarify the peculiarity of the media transmandibular approach and its follow-up to other operational approaches that can be attached to this approach and gradually extended to the extent of the transmandibulo-transoral-transcervical-transmanubrial approach from the clivus to the Th4 area. Furthermore, it will point out the possible extension of it to the cranial in combination with the type of slit transmaxillary approach, facial translocation approach, to the basic skull base. This is an approach primarily limited to median transmandibular lower jaw slapping with other follow-up approaches that can be added to and folded with it as well as puzzle. The author performs an anatomical description of this approach of the type puzzle or lego puzzle. It will point to the limits and limitations of operational approaches and the problem of subsequent care.
