Unsere Patientin (64 Jahre) stellte sich wegen eines neu aufgetretenen und rasch gewachsenen kleinen Knötchens in der Ellenbeuge vor, Beschwerden bestanden nicht. Die Patientin inspiziert ihre Haut regelmäßig, da sie 2 Jahre vorher ein malignes Melanom hatte (kontralateraler Oberarm).
