Der penile solitär fibröse Tumor – eine Rarität der penilen Raumforderung. Kasuistik und Literaturübersicht

Zusammenfassung

Der solitär fibröse Tumor (SFT) ist eine Rarität. In der Literatur sind weltweit ca. 900 Fälle dokumentiert, häufig intrathorakal. In der Literatur gibt es keine Beschreibung eines penilen Vorkommens. Raumforderungen des Penis sind insgesamt sehr selten, trotzdem muss man auch an diese Raritäten denken, um dem Patienten eine bestmögliche und schonende Therapie anbieten zu können.

Abstract

Solitary fibrous tumours are rare. In the literature, about 900 cases are documented worldwide, with most tumours located in the thoracic cavity. Penile occurrence is not described in the literature. Space-occupying lesions of the penis are generally very rare. Nevertheless, these rarities must be kept in mind so that patients can be offered the best possible treatment.
