Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall einer seltenen Variante des T-Zell-Lymphoms der Haut – primär kutanes CD4-positives klein- bis mittelgroßzelliges pleomorphes T-Zell-Lymphom (SMPTCL) – berichtet. Die Diagnose wurde auf Grundlage der klinischen Manifestationen und der charakteristischen histologischen und immunmorphologischen Merkmale der Krankheit gestellt.

Abstract

This article presents a case of a rare variant of the T-cell lymphoma of the skin – primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium-sized pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma (SMPTCL). The diagnosis was based on the clinical manifestations and the characteristic histological and immunomorphological signs of the disease.
