Nährstoffe und Neurodermitis: Hilft orthomolekulare Therapie bei entzündlichen Hauterkrankungen?

Zusammenfassung

Entzündliche Hauterkrankungen sind ein zunehmendes Problem in westlichen Gesellschaften. Vonseiten der orthomolekularen Medizin werden verschiedene Nährstoffe wie z. B. Vitamin D, die Fettsäuren EPA und GLA sowie die Mineralien Zink und Selen empfohlen. In diesem Beitrag sollen die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen hierfür eruiert sowie praktische diagnostische und therapeutische Tipps gegeben werden.

Abstract

Inflammatory skin diseases are an increasing problem in Western societies. On the part of orthomolecular medicine, various nutrients such as Vitamin D, fatty acids EPA and GLA, the minerals zinc and selenium are recommended. This paper evaluates the scientific foundations as well as practical diagnostic and therapeutic advice is given.
