Intraoperative Hypotonie: Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Eine intraoperative Hypotonie ist ein bedeutsamer Notfall und muss möglichst schnell behoben werden. Dazu werden nicht pharmakologische Interventionen, in erster Linie aber Sympathomimetika empfohlen. Der Artikel stellt beide Verfahren vor und geht neben der klinischen Datenlage auch besonders auf die Wirkmechanismen der in Deutschland gebräuchlichen Präparate ein.

Abstract

As an acute arterial hypotension may causally contribute to increased morbidity and mortality after surgery, blood pressure must be restored as soon as possible. Non-pharmacological interventions, and, even more important, sympathomimetics are recommended for treatment. Since all available drugs are "old substances", special attention will be paid to the proposed antihypotensive mechanisms of these drugs in addition to clinical data.
