P-235 Successful interdisciplinary surgical treatment of a giant thoracic Chordoma
Hintergrund
Chordomas are slow-growing, locally invasive tumors arising from the remnants of the notochord. It is a rare tumor. We describe the management of a giant thoracic chordoma in a 69 year old patient with compression and displacement of the mediastinum and the heart.
