Der Vorwurf, die Wirksamkeit der Homöopathie lasse sich naturwissenschaftlich nicht
beweisen, geht ins Leere, denn Homöopathie war stets mehr als eine angewandte Naturwissenschaft.
Sie ist eine praktische Wissenschaft sui generis, deren Aufgabe, Ansatz und Gegenstand nicht naturwissenschaftlich, sondern nur teleologisch
und humanwissenschaftlich zu begreifen sind. Im Gegensatz zur technologisch ausgerichteten
und strukturell geldgetriebenen konventionellen Medizin ist die Homöopathie methodisch
stets am Befinden des Patienten orientiert und entspricht dem klassischen Ideal einer
rationalen und wohltätigen Heilkunst.
Summary
The charge that the efficacy of homeopathy might not be provable by means of natural
science comes to nothing, as homeopathy has ever since been more than an applied natural
science. It is a practical science sui generis whose task, approach, and subject cannot be grasped by natural sciences, but only
teleologically and in terms of the humanities. Contrary to conventional medicine which
is aligned technologically and structurally money-driven, homeopathy is methodologically
always oriented towards the wellbeing of the patient, corresponding to the classical
ideal of a rational and beneficial art of healing.
