ABSTRACT

Univentricular heart or a heart with a double inlet ventricle is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly that poses a great challenge for the clinicians owing to increased maternal and fetal complications. It may even lead to maternal mortality. We here describe a case that was managed efﬁciently and successfully in a low resource setting.
