Objective:

The aim of the work was the analysis of the different diagnostic methods in terms of disease forms.

Method:

The present diagnosis is based on CT and MRT with introduction of high-contrast means.

Results:

The computer characteristics (CT and MRI) of different variants of the otogenic endocranial complications in 42 patients were studied, which is of great importance in the planning of the surgical procedure. The clinical picture of the endogenous endocranial complications has changed, the symptoms today are obscured because the patients are treated with antibiotics. The most important measure is the elimination of the initial focus by a radical operation as well as opening and drainage of the passageways from purulent processes into the endocranium. Additional antibiotic therapy increases the effectiveness of the surgical procedures.

Conclusion:. The crucial role in diagnosis plays the introduction of high-resolution imaging methods (CT and MRI). The present diagnosis is based on CT and MRT with high-contrast means. Early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment can be rescued 98% of those affected. The most important measure is the elimination of the initial focus by a radical operation as well as opening and drainage of the passageways from purulent processes into the endocranium.
