Zusammenfassung
Supported Employment (SE), insbesondere die Methode Individual Placement and Support
(IPS), ist ein mittlerweile im Rahmen zahlreicher randomisierter kontrollierter Studien
(RCTs) gut belegter Ansatz zur beruflichen Rehabilitation von Menschen mit psychischen
Erkrankungen. Prädiktoren für den Coaching-Erfolg sind u.a. Motivation und soziale
Vernetzung. Trotz der Überlegenheit bzgl. des Vermittlungserfolges in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt
ist die Finanzierung von SE, im Gegensatz zu traditionellen Methoden der Arbeitsrehabilitation
wie Werkstätten für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, in Deutschland nicht gesetzlich
geregelt. Die Empfehlung in Leitlinien wird vielfach noch zurückhaltend gehandhabt.
Summary
Many randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have shown that Supported Employment, especially
the method Individual Placement and Support (IPS), is a well-documented method for
the vocational rehabilitation of persons with mental disorders. Predictors for coaching
success are, among others, motivation and a good social network. In contrast to traditional
vocational rehabilitation SE is not regulated by law in Germany. This is in sharp
contrast to its superiority concerning successful placement into competitive employment.
Recommendations in German speaking guidelines are also relatively weak.
