Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei Methoden vorgeschlagen, welche erlauben, unter Verwendung von Fluorescein-markiertem Rinderfibrin als Substrat die fibrinolytische Totalaktivität biologischer Flüssigkeiten in kurzer Zeit mit einem relativen Fehler von etwa ± 2% zu ermitteln. Die Methoden lassen sich, den Erfordernissen entsprechend, modifizieren.
