Für eine verbesserte Behandlung von Patienten mit gastrointestinalen Tumoren sind nicht immer neue Therapien notwendig. Manchmal bringt schon die richtige Einschätzung der Lebensqualität Hinweise auf einen Progress oder die Lage des Primärtumors hat einen Einfluss auf Therapiestrategien, wo kein Einfluss erwartet wurde.
