Abstract

Der derzeitige Stand der Klartextverarbeitung in der Pathologie wird kurz diskutiert. Ein On-line-Datenerfassungssystem über Bildschirm für die gesamte Befundungstätigkeit eines pathologischen Instituts wird beschrieben. Das System ist seit einiger Zeit im Routineeinsatz und hat sich prinzipiell bewährt. Es beinhaltet die automatische Erstellung der Arztbriefe, die Führung verschiedener Register und das Schreiben von Mahnlisten.

The paper discusses briefly the state of the art in natural language processing of pathology data. An on-line data acquisition system including all diagnostic activities of a surgical pathological institute using visual display units is described. The system has proved to be valuable. It contains the generating of the physicians reports, does the bookkeeping in special registers and produces reminding lists.
