Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel untersucht die Notwendigkeit einer störungsspezifischen psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen
Rehabilitation. Deren weitere Konzeptionalisierung ist als Konsequenz der veränderten
psychiatrischen Versorgungsstrukturen wichtig. Sie ergibt sich aus den Anforderungen,
die die Kostenträger im Hinblick auf die Ausgestaltung der Psychotherapie im Rahmen
der psychiatrischen und psychosomatischen Rehabilitation formulieren. Aus fachlicher
Sicht ist eine störungsspezifische Ausdifferenzierung rehabilitativer Konzepte aufgrund
der veränderten Störungsepidemiologie notwendig. Eine entsprechende therapeutische
Konzeption wird exemplarisch vorgestellt.
Summary
The article examines the necessity of disorder-specific psychiatric-psychotherapeutic
rehabilitation. Further conceptualization is important as consequence of changes in
psychiatric healthcare services. It results from requirements which are expressed
by health benefits providers in regard of psychotherapeutic interventions in the field
of psychiatric and psychosomatic rehabilitation. In professional regard the disorder-specific
differentiation of rehabilitative concepts is necessary due to the changing epidemiology
of disorders. We present an example for a corresponding therapeutic conception.
