Das Kleine-Levin-Syndrom (KLS) ist eine sehr seltene Erkrankung, weltweit sind weniger als 1 000 Fälle beschrieben. Wiederholte Episoden ausgeprägter Hypersomnie sind dabei assoziiert mit kognitiven Einschränkungen und Verhaltensauffälligkeiten, wie Hyperphagie und Hypersexualität.
