Jetlag ist eine zirkadiane Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmusstörung, die nach Flügen in eine andere Zeitzone auftritt. Zu den Jetlagsymptomen zählen v.a. Schlafstörungen, Tagesschläfrigkeit, beeinträchtigte Leistungsfähigkeit und Stimmung sowie gastrointestinale Beschwerden.
